Tytuł zawodowy magistra/magistra inżyniera lub równoznaczny uzyskany na kierunku biologia, zootechnika lub z dziedziny pokrewnej.

Temat badawczy: Rola deacetylazy histonowej 9 w chłoniaku nieziarniczym z komórek B

Opis zadań:

Celem projektu jest odkrycie mechanizmu odpowiedzialnego za złą regulację HDAC9 w chłoniakach limfocytów B, zrozumieniu, jak jego nieprawidłowa ekspresja przyczynia się do rozwoju choroby, oraz opracowaniu skutecznych strategii celowania w HDAC9 i monitorowania jego wpływu na BCL6 i p53.

Scope of duties

1. A review and compilation of the literature on issues related to current work and experiments in the laboratory;

Have extensive knowledge of the selected area with documented experience in laboratory techniques, e.g. work with cell lines, immunochemical analyses, molecular analyses using PCR methods, conducting experiments in mass spectroscopy, conducting experiments in research on epigenetics/proteomics or metabolomics and working with biological material, knowledge of analytical methods used in the biochemical laboratory.
